Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Master MSI's products, software, and operational procedures
  • Develop customer service skills that trump any competition

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet/exceed future sales goals

Outside Sales (Business Development )

Our training program will teach you how to align MSI's strengths with customers' needs, drive for continuous improvement, and ultimately develop new business.   • Formulate and Execute a sales plan on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Generate strong sales numbers
  • Consistently and perpetually cover a lot of ground, maximizing every hour of the work week
  • Fill out call sheets on a weekly basis, and complete any requests made by management
  • Align MSI's capabilities with the customers' needs
  • Work well with teammates in every part of the organization
  • Work with little guidance and support from management but possess the ability to follow direction when required

  • No formal sales experience or education required
  • Competitive nature
